Change your Smart Greeting on the Android YouMail App

The YouMail app allows you to change the smart greeting via the app in just a few simple steps. There are many greetings on the app you can change and the smart greeting is one of the many greetings used to make your voicemail sound more professional. The smart greeting will greet callers by their first name and then it will follow up with an availability message along with your name.

Notes:

This is for Android users only iPhone may have different menu options since the interfaces are slightly different for Android and iPhone.
You can also make changes online under Greetings when you sign into youmail.com on your online account.
You must upload your contacts to the YouMail app in order for callers to hear their names.

Navigate to Greetings

Go to the 3 bars on the top left
Go to greetings

Select the Smart Greeting option
Then select the pencil dots on the top right-hand corner

You can edit the name pronunciation and company as well.
You can also edit what you want it to say when you are not available under status greetings.
