Verizon recently announced they will be updating their network to accommodate some new voicemail functionality starting late September 2016.

You may be wondering why we have an article about this and why it is important to you as a YouMail user. The reason is "call forwarding". When Verizon, or any carrier for that matter, does network maintenance/updates, this more often than not, resets your call forwarding. This can affect our service, any third party service, and even the carrier voicemail. As stated in the Verizon announcement, you will need to set up your voicemail again.
If you're using our service, this means your caller will no longer hear the nifty YouMail greeting they love so much. Lucky for us, the solution is as simple as reactivating. Follow the link below for activation instructions.
