Supported Carriers That Require Manual Activation
YouMail relies on a feature called Conditional Call Forwarding (CCF) to receive your missed calls from your carrier. Most carriers provide this basic feature for free to their customers or make it relatively easy to set up. However, some carriers make you pay a fee or have other restrictions. See our list of carriers that require manual activation:
Bell Mobility | Cox Digital |
C Spire | Fido (Canada) |

Telus Mobility | US Cellular |
Don't See Your Carrier Listed?
There is a chance that your carrier can still work with YouMail, we just don't know it yet! Please try contacting your carrier and asking if they offer Conditional Call Forwarding. The other possibility if your carrier is not listed, is that it may not support YouMail. To learn more about this, go to our Unsupported Carriers Help Center Article. It is also important to note that pre-paid carriers do not support YouMail.
