Device Not Registered Error
Did you receive an error of "Device Not Registered" when trying to activate your YouMail account? If your device number is registered, please ensure it is in the first SIM slot and that we have the appropriate permissions to read phone state.
- The message that pops up mentions that ###-###-#### is not currently registered to your YouMail account.
- This means your SIM card is providing a different number than the account you are currently trying to activate.
- To fix this you will need to either sign into the appropriate account or add the new number to your existing YouMail account and activate. This will ensure your missed calls to your new number will be forwarded to YouMail.
