Did you receive the following message: "SIM Missing? We couldn't detect your phone's SIM card which is required for YouMail's activation"?
It may look like the following on your account:
The reason this error happened is due to YouMail being unable to gather the information needed from your SIM card to activate YouMail on your phone.
To resolve the issues please try the following steps.
- You can restart your phone
- You can download a SIM reader third party app to give you information on it such as if it is still functioning properly. (Examples of SIM card readers on the Google Play Store include: SIM Reader, SIM Data Reader, and SIM Card Reader.)
If these solutions did not work you may need to contact your carrier and get a new SIM Card in order to use YouMail.
