Issues While Activating on Visible Wireless

    Are you having an issue with activating your conditional call forwarding? 

    If you're dialing the activation codes provided via the website and cannot get activated it's possible that a customer support agent will need to manually make some changes in order for you to successfully activate the carrier's conditional call forwarding. 

     

    Notes: 

    • This only applies to free subscribers.  
    • If you're a paid subscriber unable to activate, there might be additional troubleshooting methods to have your issue resolved. Please reach out to support for assistance via the link below.
