If calls to your virtual number are not being forwarded to your mainline, please follow the instructions below in order to have this troubleshooted.
Settings Issues
- Open your YouMail app.
- Select Settings (Gear icon in the bottom right).

- Select the Extra Line number.
- Ensure that the Forward to option has the correct phone number.

Connection Issues
- Calls can now be connected via Wi-Fi or by Cellular Data. You can configure this by selecting the Connect by option.
- If you are connecting via Wi-Fi, you will need to always be connected to a Wi-Fi source in order to receive the incoming call.
- If you are connecting the call via mobile data (Mobile Voice), then you will need to ensure that you are getting strong cellular signal to ensure the call is received.

Blocked Forwarding Number
- Additionally, if connecting via cellular data please ensure that you have not blocked the Dedicated ID.
- The Dedicated ID shows up when you have Show 'Calls to Extra Line' enabled; this is the number we use to bridge or forward calls between you and your caller.
- Beneath this setting, you will find the dedicated ID for your phone line.
- Verify in your phone's native block list that this number is not listed as blocked.
- Please note: This number will be different for each virtual number you have.
