How to Text from the Extra Line on the Android App

    Text Via the YouMail App

    Extra Lines can send and receive text messages. Start texting business partners, family, or colleagues from your Extra Line with just a few clicks! Please follow these easy steps. 

     

    Open Conversations Tab on YouMail

    • First, open the YouMail app
    • Navigate to the menu at the upper left-hand corner (three lines), find and tap the Conversations tab
    • Then select Start Chat

    Start Sending Text Messages

    • Next Select the contact you wish to text message
    • Type out the message and Send
