How to Update My Phone Carrier via the iPhone App

    iPhone Carrier Update

    You will need to update your carrier via the iPhone app to continue to use YouMail. Below are steps that will assist you in changing your carrier and re-activating under the correct cell phone provider. 

     

    Update Carrier and Re-activate

    • Go to YouMail Settings by tapping on the Gear icon in the bottom right corner of the application
    • Scroll down and tap on Phones

    • Tap on the phone number you wish to update
    • Tap on Carrier

    • Scroll through the list that pops up to select your current phone service provider and hit Done when the correct carrier is selected
    • You will need to then follow the prompts to Activate 

    • Once activated, your device and account will be fully updated within YouMail.
