How Do I Turn Off Promotional Alerts? – Help Center

As a YouMail subscriber, we want to make sure you are the first to know about any of our upcoming promotions. If you don't want to receive these promotional alerts, we make it really easy for you to disable this feature. You can disable the feature by clicking the Unsubscribe link in the footer of the email or you can edit your email preferences online on our website Youmail.com. Please follow the steps below to get this done:

Unsubscribe from the footer of your email

Scroll to the bottom of any promotional email and click Unsubscribe.

Unsubscribe from your account at YouMail.com

Sign in to the account at YouMail.com, then hit the dropdown arrow in the top left-hand corner. Select "Profile".
Scroll down to "Email Preferences" and then hit "Edit. Uncheck the boxes for the type of emails you do not wish to receive and hit 'Save'.
