Steps to Reset Your Spam Number List
Massive amounts of spam numbers get reported daily, and for some reason, there may be a delay in the App's Spam List resetting automatically. This article will provide steps to manually reset the list.
Notes:
-
Please check to ensure the YouMail Directory is enabled. In the YouMail app, go to:
Settings > Caller ID > Use YouMail Directory.
- Please check to ensure the proper device permissions are allowed, so YouMail can block your spam calls. On your Android, go to:
Settings > Apps > YouMail > Permissions > Ensure all are allowed.
|
Navigate to your Protection Settings
- Open the YouMail app and tap the Protection/Shield icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on Known Spammers.
- You've successfully reset your Spam Number List.
