Create a Digital Business Card using Auto-Reply

Just about everything has gone digital. Handing over a business card to a new business lead is no different. It’s just a click or two away on your mobile device. In today’s tech-savvy world, there are apps that design, store and send digital business cards to other mobile devices. With your digital business cards, you no longer need to rummage around a drawer overflowing with business cards to follow up on a connection. YouMail's Auto-Reply feature includes a link to a digital business card that makes it easier than ever to bolster your connections.

Notes:

This is a professional feature and in order to use it, you must be enrolled in one of our Professional plans. Please follow this link if you need to upgrade.
Auto-Reply must be turned on to access the link for your digital business card.
Some carriers block messages that contain a URL as spam. Please keep this in mind when enabling this feature.

Go to Auto-Reply Settings

Log into your online account
Once you are logged in navigate to the left of the dashboard and go to Settings
Then select Auto-Reply

Configure Web Page

Scroll down to Configure Web Page
You can configure the webpage to your liking and click save

Customize Text Message

You then must configure a text message here
Select Configure TXT Message
Under Customize TXT Message, select Include link to a custom auto reply web page
