When travelling abroad your mobile network provider occassionally re-sets your voicemail back to their own – tut tut mobile network! If this happens please dial the numbers shown for your carrier.
- Find your Mobile Operator in the list below.
- Dial the code listed below for your particular Mobile Operator including your Mailbox Number (without the leading 0). Your Mailbox Number can be found in the Hullomail app, under Menu -> Account -> Voicemail Activation. Dial as if you are dialling a phone number. Make sure you dial the code exactly as displayed, including all the * and # symbols.
- Press the ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ button. You will receive an on-screen message that the process has been successful.
Your Hullomail service will be reinstated and you’ll be able to access all your messages your way, as before.
