If you purchased a YouMail plan via in-app purchase and have received a receipt from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, but you are not seeing your plan, the instructions below will assist you in having this resolved.
For Apple Users :
- From within the app, you can open the menu in the top left-hand corner. Once the menu is expanded, select the option to "Upgrade"

- Once you select upgrade, there will be a "Restore purchases" link at the bottom of the landing page. Selecting this should restore your purchase and have the subscription assigned to your account.

For Android Users:
- Open the app and tap the 'Upgrade' icon. This is the 5th icon at the bottom of the screen.
|
|
- At the bottom of the screen, hit 'Restore Purchases'.
|
|
