@EWalters We're sorry your carriers are not listed. If they support "Conditional Call Forwarding", you may still be able to connect to YouMail. Just create an account under any carrier. Then contact your real carrier and have them enable "Conditional Call Forwarding" to your Deposit Number, which you can find here: http://ow.ly/ODNuG

Keep in mind that prepaid carriers may charge an additional fee for call forwarding. If they require you to forward to a local number, YouMail offers those numbers through any paid plan. Visit our store to upgrade and receive more features: https://store.youmail.com/store/home

    My carrier is Go Smart
    They run on Tmobile platform.

@Frodriguez24 Unfortunately Go Smart does not support call forwarding to another phone number, so YouMail will not work with this carrier. We recommend contacting your carrier and asking them if they can support conditional call forwarding so that you can send your voicemails elsewhere.

  • My carrier is with boost. Y isnt my voicmail not working

@Cruzanbay45 If your plan with Claro supports call forwarding, we can try getting you connected to YouMail. Please note that you may need to upgrade your YouMail account to get a local number and avoid international long distance charges from your carrier. I will be sending you an email with more information.

@Sean Unfortunately Project Fi does not support call forwarding, which is a required feature to use YouMail. We recommend requesting this feature from your carrier.

I am with net 10 wireless.  I can get the app to work just fine its just that the voicemails in my carriers inbox do not get deleted when I deleted them in the youmail app

@Landon9192 When you use YouMail your voicemails do not go to both your carrier and YouMail. If you have messages in your carrier voicemail, you have to deactivate call forwarding, delete your carrier messages, then reactivate call forwarding to YouMail again. Deactivate and reactivate can be accessed in your YouMail settings in the app.

I am porting from voicepulse to voip.ms. I believe voip.ms has conditional call forwarding, but I don't see them listed as a supported carrier. I currently use youmail (premium paid service) with this number on voicepulse; how will I modify it to work once the number is ported to voip.ms?

I just got this response from voip.ms (my new voip provider). Can they be added?

Your support ticket has been updated:

    Hello Jay,

I haven't heard of customers using YouMail, but if the application support SIP protocol, it should work with our service.
We also provide failover options which would seem to be what you're looking for (Conditional call forwarding).

I'd say to try to see if our service would work with YouMail make sure

    Regards,

@Jay We can definitely add your VOIP number to your account. But you will need YouMail Business for multiple phone line support. I'll send you an email so we can get you set up.

    Thank you,

    the provider's name is FreedomPop.

they also use the Sprint cell phone towers, if that helps at all.

    Google fi. Please.

@Monarchb FreedomPop doesn't have the call forwarding feature, so YouMail will not work with that carrier. Please ask them to integrate call forwarding into their services so you can use YouMail.

@Pradeep GoogleFi doesn't support call forwarding either, so YouMail won't work. Call forwarding is an essential carrier feature for YouMail to work.

Have you fix the problem with GoSmart users?

  • Avatar
    Carissa Danao

@Frodriguez24 GoSmart does not offer call forwarding to another phone number. They require that you use their voicemail, so YouMail won't work with that carrier.

@Quintin Net 10 does not offer call forwarding, but depending on the type of phone you have you might be able to enable that feature. Check this article to see if your phone as the appropriate settings: https://support.youmail.com/hc/en-us/articles/209121717

@Robraiten Consumer Cellular does not support conditional call forwarding. This feature allows your calls to go to voicemail after your phone rings, and is necessary for YouMail's functions.
