I'm not sure how to use this support site, I submitted a "request" but am tossing it out here too. I downloaded the YouMail app to my Samsung Galaxy S5. I attempted to set up an account through the app, but it kept telling me it could not connect, to check my Internet. Internet was fine, tried this both on wi-fi and data with no success. I went online on my computer and set up an account and got a pin, but when I attempted to log into the app, it again told me it couldn't connect, to check my Internet. Internet still fine, tried again on wi-fi and data with no success. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no success. I'm seeing on the website that test messages have been sent to me and I received via email the instructions for setting up the app, but I can't set up the app if I can't log in. I'm using Tracfone on the Verizon network. Tracfone isn't specifically listed on the roster of compatible providers, but Straight Talk is and I figured they are basically the same thing. Can anyone tell me what might be going on here? Thanks!
