When my callers contact me, they hear a greeting that I have not selected. The greeting they hear tells them to speak clearly and that they're being transcribed. That's not at all the greeting I selected in the iPhone app. Can I get some help with this please?
Also, I tried to fill out a form to contact you about this elsewhere on your help site. Sadly, one of the fields was broken -- I wasn't able to select my app, and so I couldn't submit the form. If there's a way to talk to you via email, that'd be my preference.
