Configuring your Virtual Line on iOS.

Open the YouMail App and select the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper left Corner.

Select the virtual line under Your Numbers.

Tap See More to view all numbers listed on the account.

Select the line you'd like to edit, and this menu should appear.

You can update the name/title of the line, how incoming calls are handled, and how calls are connected (inbound and outbound).

The Virtual Line can handle incoming calls in three (3) ways:

If you'd like to answer the call or have it forwarded externally, you'll select "Forward Incoming calls".

Select "Forward To" and enter the phone number required.

To change the greeting, you'll tap on "Main Greeting" shown at the bottom of the menu.

You can also preview the recording by tapping "Preview".
​

You'll have the option to either:
​
1. Record a new greeting.
2. Use the Smart Greeting.
3. Choose an existing recording.

From the greetings list, you'll be able to switch from pre-recorded/uploaded greetings already on the account.
