Step one: Navigate the app to create a new folder
Open the YouMail app
From the inbox, tap the down-facing arrow at the top-right corner of the screen to open the folder menu
3. Tap Create New Folder at the bottom of the menu
Step two: Name the folder
4. Enter the folder name when prompted
5. Tap OK to create the folder
You can switch between folders at any time using the down-facing arrow at the top of your inbox or within any folder.
Important: Folder names should be short and descriptive for easy identification.
Note: Folders created in the Android app will also appear on the YouMail website.

To create a new voicemail folder using the YouMail website, follow these steps:
Sign in to your YouMail account on the website
Click Messages
In the folder list, click Manage Folders at the bottom
Click + Add folder in the top-right corner
Fill in the requested folder details
Save your changes to create the new folder
Important: All custom folders, including Inbox and Saved, count toward your mailbox limit.
Note: Messages in Trash, Sent, and Spam do not count toward the mailbox limit and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Tip: Use clear, descriptive folder names to make messages easier to find.
