How to resolve the unread message icon
Check all message folders – ensure you've read all messages, including folders beyond the inbox.

iOS:
Open the app and go to your inbox.
Tap the three bars in the upper left corner to view your folders.
Check each folder for unread messages.
Android:
Open the app and go to your inbox.
Tap the drop-down arrow next to "Inbox" to see your folder list.
Check each folder for unread messages.
For Paid subscribers:
Also check the Texts/Conversation tab in the app.
iOS: Open the app > From the Inbox tab, select Texts at the top right.
