Open the YouMail app and tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top-left corner of the screen
Tap Settings
Tap Auto-Forwarding
Toggle Auto-Forwarding to the On position

Tap Save to apply your Auto-Forwarding settings
Important: Only phone numbers associated with an active YouMail account can be added as forwarding destinations.

How to set up Auto-Forwarding on the web
To set up Auto-Forwarding from the YouMail website, follow these steps:
Sign in to your YouMail account at the official website
On the left side of the screen, click Settings, then select Voicemail To Text
Scroll down and click Configure Auto Forwarding
Toggle the Auto-Forwarding switch to the On position
Configure the forwarding settings to your preference. Enter the email addresses or YouMail accounts you want messages forwarded to, and set any custom message
Click Save to apply your Auto-Forwarding settings
Important: Auto-Forwarding requires a Complete, Ultimate, Solo, Growth, Small Business, or Professional plan.
