Cannot find that important message you're looking for?

Having trouble looking for a message from a loved one that you'd like to hear again? With our Star label, you can now instantly filter your inbox to show these messages. The star feature can be used as an intermediate way of organizing your inbox. It's especially useful for messages that you might need to quickly review that might not need an entirely new folder for themselves.

For iOS devices

Locate the message that you'd like to star from within the inbox Enable the star tag by hitting the visible star at the end of the message
You can also locate the message that you'd like to star Enable the star tag by tapping under the time stamp of the voicemail
Go to the Inbox Select the Search bar Select Starred
Once you select the star tag, all starred messages will appear.

For Android devices

Locate the message that you'd like to star from within the inbox Enable the star tag by hitting the visible star at the end of the message
To search starred messages, you can do so by selecting the tag after selecting the search bar.
