Overview
YouMail allows you to reply to your messages directly from the web, either via SMS or email. This gives you flexibility to respond without needing your phone.
Please note that SMS replies are sent from a YouMail number, while email replies go to the recipient’s inbox.

Recipients can respond to email replies; their replies will be sent to the email address on file with YouMail
Steps to reply to a message on the web
Sign in to your account at YouMail.com
Click Voicemail in the left-hand menu, then select Inbox from the dropdown
Select the message you want to reply to
Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the message
Click Reply and choose whether to reply via Email or Text
Enter the recipient’s email address or phone number, then type your message
Click Reply to send your message
Once sent, your message will appear in the conversation thread for reference.
