How to access your Stripe account
To access your Stripe billing portal through YouMail, follow these steps:
Go to YouMail.com and log in to your account.
In the top right-hand corner, select your name, then click Billing.
Select Change Plan.
Click Cancel Plan.
Select the option to Manage Your Subscription through the Stripe billing dashboard.
Enter your email address.
You will receive a link to access your Stripe customer portal.
Click the link in your email to log in to your Stripe customer portal.
Updating your payment method in the Stripe customer portal
Log in to your Stripe customer portal.
Select Add payment method.
Enter your card details.
Select Add to save your payment method.
Important:
Make sure your new payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to avoid interruptions in your subscription.
Downloading invoices & receipts from the Stripe customer portal
Log in to your Stripe customer portal.
Go to Invoice History.
Select any invoice you want to view.
View Payment Details, including:
Purchase date
Subscription duration
Discounts applied
Total amount paid
Tip:
Download invoices regularly for personal or business records.
How to cancel a subscription from the Stripe customer portal
Log in to your Stripe customer portal.
Locate your current subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation.
Important:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, even after cancellation.
