Important
Canceling a paid subscription does not stop missed calls from forwarding to YouMail. To fully return to your carrier’s voicemail, YouMail must be deactivated after canceling your subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store must be canceled directly through those platforms
Canceled subscriptions are not prorated
Paid features remain active until the end of the billing period
Tip
If your goal is to completely stop using YouMail, always cancel your subscription first, then deactivate call forwarding to prevent service interruptions.
