If you're experiencing payment failures or need to update your payment method, this guide will help you resolve the issue. Payment failures typically occur when your bank rejects the charge or when your card information is outdated.
Important notes
Payment processor limitations – PayPal (our payment processor) may block charges if your credit card is connected to a PayPal account in 'suspension'.
Security restrictions – YouMail cannot update the Credit Card Verification number for security reasons.
Card information – ensure your card information is up to date, especially if you've received a new credit card.
How to resolve payment failures
Check with your bank – contact your bank to understand why they're blocking the charges.
Update your payment method –

Click Update Payment Method.
Enter your new credit card information.
Click Save to complete the process.
To reprocess a failed payment

Contact your bank to confirm there are no issues with your card.
Ensure your card is not expired or blocked.
