How to activate YouMail Privacy Guard on the web

Learn how to block or control calls from private numbers by enabling Privacy Guard on the YouMail website.

Overview

Privacy Guard is a YouMail feature that helps prevent spam and robocalls from private or blocked numbers. When enabled, callers without a visible phone number must enter their number to reach your voicemail or are immediately disconnected. This guide explains how to activate Privacy Guard using the YouMail website and how it affects call handling.

Key benefits / use cases

Block private callers: Stop spam and robocalls that hide their caller ID
