How To Use VoIP Calling on iPhone

    Use VoIP Calling via the iPhone App

    YouMail has introduced VoIP calling with our latest update, 7.0. A professional plan is needed as VoIP works on your existing device through YouMail's Extra Lines. Professional users can receive and make calls over Wi-Fi, even without carrier service. Below you will find steps on how to access this feature.

     

    • Open the app and tap on the menu icon in the top left or swipe right from the left side of the screen. 
    • At the bottom left-hand corner, tap the gear icon to open Settings.

    • Then, select Phone Lines from the settings options. Choose the Virtual Number to enable VoIP calling.

    • Both inbound and outbound call handling settings are available here. The connection type we use can be adjusted.
