On the left of the screen, you will see the menu scroll down and click People
Then select Contact, then select the contact that you wish to edit.
Tap the 3 dots in the right-hand corner to select edit.

Tap Save to apply your changes.
Important:
Duplicate contacts with the same phone number can cause issues with greeting playback. Make sure to remove any duplicate contacts to avoid unexpected behavior.
