Overview
If your YouMail account shows a “Mailbox Full” notice, your voicemail storage has exceeded the account limit. Storage includes your Inbox, Saved folder, and any custom folders. When your storage is full, callers cannot leave new voicemails. This guide explains how to remove the full inbox banner and free up space, either by deleting messages, saving important voicemails, or upgrading your account.
Key benefits/use cases

Why Callers Can’t Leave Voicemails
When your YouMail account exceeds its storage limit, any new callers attempting to leave messages will receive a mailbox full notice. Storage is calculated across:
Inbox

Once your total messages fall below the account limit, the Mailbox Full notice will disappear, and callers will be able to leave messages again.
