How to turn off promotional alerts
Turning off promotional alerts prevents YouMail from sending marketing and promotional emails to your inbox.
To turn off promotional alerts, follow one of the methods below.
Unsubscribe from a promotional email
Open any YouMail promotional email.
Scroll to the bottom of the email.
Click Unsubscribe.
Note: Changes made using the unsubscribe link may take a short time to fully apply.
Unsubscribe from your YouMail account
Sign in to your account at YouMail.com.
Click the dropdown arrow in the top-left corner.
Select Profile.
Scroll down to Email Preferences and click Edit.
5. Uncheck the boxes for the types of emails you no longer want to receive.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
Important: Make sure to click Save, or your updated email preferences will not be applied.
Tip: You can keep important account-related emails enabled while turning off promotional messages only.
