Setting the correct time zone in YouMail ensures that all voicemails, alerts, and logs display the proper time. This guide walks you through updating your account time zone via the YouMail website in just a few steps.
How to change your time zone
To update your YouMail account time zone, follow these steps:
Log in to your account at YouMail.com.
Click your name in the top right-hand corner.
Click Profile.
Scroll to the Time Zone section and select Edit.
Choose time zone and select Save to apply your changes.
Important: Changing your time zone only affects how times are displayed in YouMail. It does not alter the time stamps on messages already received. |
