How to Manage Your Subscription via Stripe

Need to make changes to your subscription? This article will guide you through managing your plan and billing details directly through Stripe. Follow the steps below to update your subscription with ease:

Notes:

  • If your subscription was originally purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, it must be managed directly through there. Stripe does not control these subscriptions.

Accessing your Stripe Account

  1. Go to YouMail.com and log in to your YouMail Account.

  2. In the top right hand corner, select your name and then click on "Billing."

  3. Select the button Change Plan. Then, select Cancel Plan and the option to Manage Your Subscription through the YouMail billing dashboard on Stripe appears.

  4. Enter your email and YouMail will send you a link directly to your customer portal.

  5. You will be redirected to Stripe after clicking on Log in to your customer portal.

Updating your Payment Method from the Stripe customer portal

  1. Select Add payment method

  2. Provide necessary card information then select Add

Downloading Invoice & Receipt from the Stripe customer portal

  1. Select any of the invoices under Invoice History

  2. Payment Details can be located for each Invoice. Our portal will display the day of purchase, the length of subscription entitlements, any discounts, and the total amount paid.

How to Cancel Subscription from the Stripe customer portal

  • If you decide to cancel, your subscription will remain active until your current billing period ends.

  1. Under your current subscription there will be an option to Cancel Subscription.

  2. Cancelling your subscription will keep your enlistments until the end of your billing period.
