How to use Privacy Scan
Step 1: Access Privacy Scan
Sign in to your YouMail account dashboard
Select Privacy Scan from the left-side menu
Or go directly to:

Enter your:

Select Run Free Scan
Wait up to 90 seconds for the scan to complete
Important:
Do not refresh the page
Do not close the browser tab
Interrupting the scan requires restarting the process
Step 3: Review your results
View the total number of exposures discovered
Review which data broker sites contain your information
If needed, rerun the scan using updated information
Step 4: Start the removal process
Select Remove All Info
Monitor the dashboard progress bar as removals are processed
