If you need to cancel an order for whatever reason, you can do so easily and quickly but please take note of a few things before moving forward:
- Canceling your plan will immediately remove all paid features from your account.
- This includes any Extra Line numbers, your expanded inbox capacity, and more.
- Canceled subscriptions are not prorated (view our refund policy here).
- If you cancel within the first 30 days of an order, you'll receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days and we won't be able to process a refund for you.
- If you are having trouble with your YouMail account, a support agent may be able to help resolve the issue. Just click here to Live Chat with us or call 1 (888) 836-8288.

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:
1. Visit the Order tab of your Settings page here
2. Click on "View Order"
3. Click on the "Cancel This Order" link next to your order options.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Please understand that if you go from a paid account to a free account, you will need to re-activate your phone's call forwarding. Follow this link to your Phones tab and click on Setup Phone to activate.
