Update a listing on the YouMail Directory
To change a listing you will need to follow these steps:

The Directory is comprised of reports from YouMail's subscriber base, the FCC, and other public directories. Some info may be outdated depending on the source.
- The number of reports with a specific name/status must outweigh any existing reports with any contradictory information.

Navigate to the YouMail Directory
- Please click this link to access the YouMail Public Directory page
- Type in the phone number in the search bar and click Search

Submit your updated report
- Fill in this box and Submit your updated Name and report
- Be sure to uncheck Report as spam
- Allow 24 hours for your request to process
