How to use phone number lookup on iPhone

To use Phone Number Lookup on an iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the YouMail app.

  2. Tap the Clock icon to open Call History.

  3. Select the voicemail or phone number you want to review.

  4. Tap the Number Look up option below the number.

  5. You will be redirected to the YouMail Directory within the app.

  6. Review whether the number is listed as spam or safe.

  7. Scroll to the bottom to submit a report if the information is inaccurate.


How to use phone number lookup on Android

To use Phone Number Lookup on an Android device, follow these steps:

  1. Open the YouMail app.

  2. Select the voicemail from an unknown or suspicious number.

  3. Tap the More options (three dots) icon in the upper-right corner.

  4. Select Lookup Number.

  5. You will be redirected to the YouMail Directory within the app.

  6. Review existing reports for the number.

  7. Choose to add a spam report or mark the number as safe if needed.


Important: Phone Number Lookup relies on carrier data and community reports, so results may change as new reports are added.

Note: You can also look up numbers directly on the web using the YouMail Directory.
