Having trouble creating a YouMail account?
This article will assist you in starting your YouMail account on our website. Additionally, you will know how to activate your carrier's conditional call forwarding from within the account to ensure that you have successfully signed up.
Notes:
- When creating an account, your email address / phone number and password will be used as your login credentials.
- If you need to have your password reset, a link can be sent via email or SMS by selecting the "Forgot Password" option.
- When setting a password, please ensure that you are following these requirements:
-Must be 8-30 characters long -Must include upper and lower case characters -Include a number or special character

Navigate to the YouMail website
- To create an account, you can visit our website using this link: YouMail.com.
- At the bottom of the screen, you will need to enable the cookies before you are able to navigate the site.

- Once you have accepted the cookies for the website, you can select the Get Started button at the center or the top right-hand corner of the page.

Insert your phone number
- The next screen will ask you for your phone number. Insert the phone number you'd like to use YouMail with. Be sure your carrier is compatible with our service!
- Read our Terms of Service, and then select the checkbox to accept the terms of use.
- Select the Continue button.

Enter carrier and account information
- Select the appropriate carrier and plan for your device.
- Select Continue to fill out the account information.
|
|
- On the following page, the phone number and carrier should already be filled out. You will need to include this additional information: first and last name, device type, email address, and password.
- Select the radio button that best describes the type of calls that you receive to your number.
- Once completed select Create Account.

Activate your carrier's Conditional Call Forwarding feature
- From the left-hand menu, click on Phones.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right of the Edit button for the number you are setting up.
- Click Forward to YouMail.

- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your phone.
- Dial exactly as shown just as if you are making a call. Don't forget any * or # symbols!

Once you have completed the above steps, click I Finished Setup, and then click Confirm Phone Setup to receive a test call. This will verify that your phone is forwarding correctly. Please do not answer the test call.

Once you've created the account, you can also download the YouMail app directly to your iOS or Android device. This will allow you to manage your account from anywhere!
