How the YouMail Drop Box works
YouMail Drop Box converts voicemail emails into YouMail messages using a unique email address tied to your phone number.

Where:
PhoneNumber is your 10-digit deposit number (no spaces or symbols)
When YouMail receives a voicemail email with an audio attachment:
The audio file is extracted
The voicemail is processed
The message appears in your YouMail Inbox

Follow these steps to add voicemails to YouMail using Dropbox.
Locate the voicemail email
Find the voicemail notification email from your current voicemail provider that includes an audio attachment.Forward the email to your Dropbox address
Send the email to [email protected], using your 10-digit phone number.Check your YouMail Inbox
The voicemail appears in your YouMail Inbox as a new message after processing.
Tip: Forward the email exactly as received to ensure the audio attachment is included.
