How to update personal information on Android
You can update your personal details directly from the YouMail Android app.
To update your information on Android, follow these steps:
Open the YouMail app.
Tap the Menu (☰) icon in the top left corner.
Select Settings.
Tap Account.
Update your personal information, such as your name, email address, or company details.
Save your changes.
Important: If you update your email address, a verification email will be sent to the new address and must be confirmed.
How to update personal information on iPhone
You can change your personal details from the iPhone app in just a few taps.
To update your information on your iPhone, follow these steps:
Open the YouMail app.
Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top left-hand corner.
Select Account.
Select Edit in the top right-hand corner.
Make changes as needed
Save your changes.
Note: Changes to your name or company will immediately update your Smart Greetings.
How to update personal information on the YouMail website
You can also update your account details using the YouMail website.
To update your information on the web, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account at YouMail.com.
In the upper-right corner, click your name and profile picture.
Select Profile.
Scroll to Personal Information and click Edit.
Update details such as your email, name, job position, city, or state.
Select Save to apply your changes.
Important: Updating your email address will automatically update where email alerts are sent.
