You can upload a profile picture to your YouMail account that will be displayed when you call other YouMail users or interact within the YouMail community. This article walks you through how to upload or change your profile picture using the YouMail website.

How to upload a profile picture on YouMail (Web)

Follow the steps below to upload or update your profile image.

Sign in to your My YouMail Dashboard (YouMail.com → Sign In)

Scroll down again and click Pictures

Click Choose File and select the image you want to upload

Note: The image must be 10MB or smaller and in JPEG or GIF format.

1. Sign in to your My YouMail Dashboard (YouMail.com → Sign In)
2. Scroll down and select Settings
3. Scroll down again and click Pictures
4. Click Add Picture
5. Choose the image type:
 - Personal
 - Company
6. Click Choose File and select the image you want to upload
 Note: The image must be 10MB or smaller and in JPEG or GIF format.
7. Click Save

Yes. You can upload multiple pictures, but only one can be active at a time.
