How to Record or Upload Custom Greetings on the Web

    Notes: 

• To see the option to upload or record a greeting your auto-attendant feature must be disabled, once you have uploaded your greeting you can enable your auto-attendant feature if it's in use.

• First sign in to your YouMail account and from the left-hand side click Greetings and then Greeting Summary.
•  Next click on Record Greeting.
• Enter the Greeting Name then click on the microphone icon to record your greeting.

• Wait for the greeting to finish processing, then be sure to click Save Greeting.

• The recording has now been saved and added to your Greetings list. You can set it as your Main Greeting or assign it to a particular contact.

• From the same Greeting Summary page, click on Upload Audio File.
• Enter a name and a description if you like, click Choose file, add the file, and click Upload Audio File.
• Note: You can check or uncheck the box that says Make this my main greeting.
