How to download and use Community Greetings on the web

To download and use greetings from the YouMail Community on the web, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your YouMail account
    Go to YouMail.com and sign in with your phone number or email and password.

  2. Open the Community greetings page
    From the left-hand menu, select Greeting, then click Community Greetings.

  3. Browse or search for a greeting
    Scroll through the available greetings or use search options to find one that fits your needs.

  4. Add the greeting to your account
    Select a greeting and click Use This Greeting to add it to your greetings library.

  5. Assign your greeting
    Assign the greeting to your default voicemail, a specific phone line, or individual contacts based on your preferences.



Important: You can add multiple Community Greetings to your account and switch between them at any time.

Note: Community Greetings are managed through the YouMail website and may not be available for download directly within the mobile apps.
