If your Smart Greeting is not working, it could be for any of the following reasons:
You might not have Smart Greeting for Business selected as your main greeting. To check if you have Smart Greeting for Business as your default setting, go online to your YouMail account, click on “Greetings” at the top of the page under the tab, My YouMail. On the left side of the page, you will see My Greetings. Beneath this, click on “Main Greeting”. Please select Smart Greeting to use it.
Your Calls are not going to YouMail. You may have been disconnected from YouMail. You will need to reactivate call forwarding so that your calls will be directed to YouMail if you do not answer them, and allow you to use your Smart Business Greeting.
