How to verify an account for security

Security Verification

As part of our security measures, identity verification is required to confirm account ownership when assistance is requested or account changes are made.

Security verification will be delivered exclusively via email or SMS to the contact details associated with the account.

The security verification sent to your email and phone expires in 10 minutes.

Copy the 6-digit code from the Email or SMS received. Click on Verify Account.

Enter the 6-digit code and click on Verify.

You are now verified.

Notify the customer service agent that you have verified your account.
