YouMail offers several support options depending on your subscription type. While live support is available for paid plans, all customers can access detailed Help Center articles and email support to resolve common issues quickly.

Availability: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
Live support: Available for paid subscribers only

Self-service help: Most common questions are already answered in our published articles.
Search function: Use the search bar to quickly find articles related to your issue.
Article-based support: If an article does not resolve your issue, you can submit a support ticket directly from the bottom of that article.
How to contact support as a free user
Free users are not eligible for live phone or chat support, but email support is available.
Steps for free subscribers
Send a detailed email to [email protected].
Include the following information:
Phone number and email associated with your YouMail account
Clear description of the issue
Screenshots, if applicable
For call-related issues, also include:
Phone number involved
Date and time of the call (or expected call)
Providing complete details helps our team investigate and respond faster.
