Overview

YouMail offers several support options depending on your subscription type. While live support is available for paid plans, all customers can access detailed Help Center articles and email support to resolve common issues quickly.

Support hours

  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

  • Live support: Available for paid subscribers only

Start with the Help Center

Before contacting support, we recommend reviewing our Help Center.

  • Self-service help: Most common questions are already answered in our published articles.

  • Search function: Use the search bar to quickly find articles related to your issue.

  • Article-based support: If an article does not resolve your issue, you can submit a support ticket directly from the bottom of that article.

How to contact support as a free user


Free users are not eligible for live phone or chat support, but email support is available.

Steps for free subscribers

  1. Send a detailed email to [email protected].

  2. Include the following information:

    • Phone number and email associated with your YouMail account

    • Clear description of the issue

    • Screenshots, if applicable

  3. For call-related issues, also include:

    • Phone number involved

    • Date and time of the call (or expected call)

Providing complete details helps our team investigate and respond faster.

How to contact support as a paid subscriber


Paid subscribers have access to additional support options through the Dashboard.

Steps for paid subscribers

  1. Sign in to your Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Help page.

  3. Use the support widget to:

    • Search Knowledge Base articles for frequently asked questions

    • Find the support phone number or start a live chat

    • Submit a prioritized email for the fastest response
