When having your information removed from the various data brokers we work with, you may get a response stating they are unable to complete the removal. This can occur with some states that have more lax privacy laws. We recommend you look for and submit an appeal directly to the data broker site. You can review the individual site's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as some of these brokers promise to remove information should they have it and maintain an appeal process. Then, please report the broker to us so that we can investigate further.
